Features an electric fireplace and a spa-style rainfall shower (no bathtub faucet). The space is cool and softly lit, perfect for relaxing. Conveniently located near Downtown Oakland, Chinatown, and easy access to San Francisco.

This apartment was thoughtfully designed as a comfortable and peaceful retreat for guests like you. From the high ceilings to the clean tile flooring, every detail creates a simple, calming space to unwind after a long day.

The interior has a naturally cool and shaded feel, offering a quiet escape from the busyness of the city. Soundproof walls add to the sense of privacy, making it easy to relax or work remotely.

The living area features an electric fireplace and heater, perfect for cozy evenings. The bathroom includes a rainfall and handheld shower for a spa-like experience. (Please note: there is no bathtub faucet.)

The owner lives upstairs, but the space is separate and your privacy is respected.

Shared driveway parking is available on-site, making your stay more convenient.

The property is part of a duplex building within a gated property.

Guests will enter through a shared community gate (code will be provided before check-in). From there, you’ll have access to your private unit, which is completely separate from the upstairs space.

You’ll have full access to your unit, including the living area, bedroom, bathroom, and shared driveway parking.

Please note that while the gate and driveway are shared, your living space is private and separate.

We tend to be very busy with work and won’t be available in person, so prefer communicating through the app. If you have any questions I am always a call or text away.

We also have shared a washer dryer unit in the back as well in case it is needed.
Quiet Hours
To respect the comfort of all guests in the building, we ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these times, especially if you have neighbors in close proximity.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and within the building`s premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets Policy
We love our four-legged friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Check-out Procedures
Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Before leaving, please ensure that all lights are turned off, windows and doors are locked, and all appliances and electronic devices are turned off. Please dispose of all trash in the designated area, and leave the unit in the same condition as when you arrived. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.

Parking
Unfortunately, we do not offer parking on the premises. However, there are nearby public parking areas that guests can utilize.
