Stayed for 10 days for a dance intensive. The hotel is centrally located near a subway station and had target, gelato, Starbucks, and the Lincoln center all within walking distance. The hotel bathroom had chipping paint, and staining. Water pressure was good. The beds were comfortable, and the A-c worked. When it didn’t a couple times maintenance was quick to come resolve it. The carpet in our room was split and we caught our feet on it a few times. Having said all that we would stay here again. The staff was great (Disney level customer service), and the hotel and rooftop pool area and bar were great with city views. The pool is on the smaller side, but enough. The cabanas and lounging outdoor area were awesome! Next time we’re in New York we definitely will be staying here again.

Wanted a hotel walking distance from broadway theaters and not in Time Square. Citadines has a great location w.45th street and 5th avenue. The hotel has 6 rooms on each floor (22 floors). We had a room 2 double bed room on the 21st floor. It was quiet, clean, with comfortable beds and a Keurig coffee machine. The rooms not come with other appliances, no mini fridge or microwave though a mini fridge can be rented during the online check-in for 15$ per day. There is a communal microwave on the lower level and a filtered water dispenser (there are also 2 Mac computers and a printer). WiFi worked fine (we did not movies). The room was freshly painted and faced the rear of the hotel (no view). Ac worked well. Shower pressure and temperature was fine.
