"The photos are very deceiving. The floor in our room was so disgusting that your feet would be charcoal black in a matter of seconds from walking barefoot in the room. When we brought this to the staffs attention they tried to blame it on us when we hadn’t even been in the room for 12 hours. "Junk hotel where people who are down on their luck LIVE. Walked into the lobby and knew I was in trouble. It was filthy. Should have known better to go to the room but I did. There were bicycles everywhere and half dressed men leaning over the railing smoking marijuana hollering how nice my truck was. Got to the room and was afraid to touch anything. For a non smoking room, tops of gen dressers were covered in cigarette ashes. The floors hadn’t been swept in a month of Sundays. Cobwebs hanging...

"The hotel was very clean. The evening staff was helpful but wasn't sure about charges to my card but a day time staff member helped us to understand. The pool was not open due to maintenance and that was why I chose this hotel. This caused us to change hotels to the courtyard marriott down the road which was a huge mistake. We came back for the last 3 days to the Fairfield Marriott and fortunately on our last night the pool was fixed and I was able to swim. I was disappointed they charge $12 a...
