"The (relatively young) check-in desk employees were friendly, and the lobby was clean. The room was mostly clean, with a spare hair here and there. There are no blackout curtains, there is no pool, and the freeway can be extra noisy if you're on that side of the building. We were on the top floor, and the walls are solid, so we couldn't hear any of our neighbors. We stayed in a queen room with a kitchenette but did not realize the kitchenette came with absolutely nothing (no pans, plates, forks, nothing). The first day we arrived, we had one towel in our room. We went down to the lobby, as directed, to get another. However, no one was at the desk. Five families came through and left while we waited for someone to appear. We ended up calling via phone three times, which resulted in the phone ringing non-stop until it automatically hung up. After a bit, we saw an employee in the back room and yelled four or five times until they heard us. When we finally asked for another towel, they said they had none. My wife and I had to share one towel the first night. The second day, we went to ask for an additional towel, and they still had none. When we explained to the front desk employee what happened the day before, she had us wait and went into a few other non-booked rooms to take their towels for our use. We ended up with three total towels for our 4 days there. While the location was central and the surrounding restaurants were great, we probably won't stay there again. Good luck!"
