Private 1 bdrm with queen bed. Separate entrance, Kitchenette, ( please note there is no stove) yard, patio with table and umbrella. Futon in living room area that can sleep 2 Children or 1 adult (2 adults if you do not mind being snug). Gas BBQ on patio for your use. 10 Minutes to Ojai & 15 minutes to down town Ventura and the beach. There are restaurants ,markets, thrift stores, the bus stop and laundromat all within a 10 minute walk from the house.

Eva’s Place was great!

Eva’s place allowed us to have a great time in the Ojai Valley. The place was on the small side but very clean and tidy. It accommodated 2 adults, 1 9 yr old and a dog perfectly. The outdoor space was great for our daughter and the dog. It wasn’t high end but was cozy and comfortable.

Short and sweet

A quick 2 nighter to catch a concert at the Libbey Bowl. Good location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Comfy digs for two. Pleasant water fountains in the courtyard to soothe you to sleep. Very responsive host. Check it out!

Great Space Close to Downtown Ojai

Cute and clean apartment was perfect for a night away for a wedding in downtown Ojai. The apartment was about a 15-20 minute Uber into town, on a quiet street. Bed was comfortable and there was a full kitchen, and coffee maker for the morning. We weren't there much, but it was clean and Eva's instructions for getting there and checking in were super straightforward.

Very smooth check in, loved the little patio area! Glad we ended up only having 3 people as it would have been a tight squeeze with 4. Had some trouble changing the number of guests as the host didn't seem familiar with the system, but support was able to work it out. Overall highly recommend for 3 or fewer guests. As other reviewers noted there is no AC, but it wasn't too hot out when we visited

Easy little spot for 2, close to Ventura & Ojai !

My husband and I came up from Carlsbad, CA, for some surf fishing with friends at the beaches around Ventura. We weren't looking to book a big or fancy place as we knew we wouldn't spend much time at the property, and this property worked out perfectly for our needs. The location was nice as we felt like we were off the beaten path, but it was also a quick and super easy drive to Ventura, and Ojai is also a very nice small town with trendy restaurants. The only "caution" about this property is that there is no A/C, so just be aware during hot weather times, especially if you will spend a lot of time at the property during the day. Thankfully, the temperature does tend to cool down through the evening with the windows open and ceiling fans on, so we slept ok. :-) Finally, Eva was also very nice and communicative. Thank you again to Eva for sharing your little apartment.

My stay was cut short but if you are looking to be close to Oaji or Venture it’s good. It’s pet friendly with a small outdoor area which was nice as I was traveling with my dog.

Beautiful little cottage

It worked perfectly for our Ojai wine festival trip, close by and she had everything and then some ready for us. You don't need t bring anything except yourselves.

The property was quiet, clean and well stocked. The decor was fanciful and cheery. There was no TV which was fine for me. The futon/couch was not as comfortable as I would have wished but I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient stay in Oak View

My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks at this suite. The bed was comfortable but we supplied our own bedding - our choice. The kitchen was handy for breakfast and light lunch but we found the toaster, pots, cutlery and kitchen linens ready for replacement. The small patio was unusable because of the rain and resulting mildew, though the neighborhood was quiet and we appreciated being able to have our dog with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The bbq grill was rusted and dirty. The apartment was boiling hot. The ceiling fans and other fans were not enough. Needs an AC. The neighbors we shared a wall with were making loud. The smart tv was way too small. The patio area was covered in tree droppings. The futon couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable.
