About this property
Eva's Place
- Private 1 bdrm with queen bed. Separate entrance, Kitchenette, ( please note there is no stove) yard, patio with table and umbrella. Futon in living room area that can sleep 2 Children or 1 adult (2 adults if you do not mind being snug). 10 Minutes to Ojai & 15 minutes to down town Ventura and the beach. There are restaurants ,markets, thrift stores, the bus stop and laundromat all within a 10 minute walk from the house. Please note this space shares a wall with. Please read my full profile, so you do not come to my rental with expectations of things that I do not offer!
