"The room was clean, although a little dated. Water temp in the shower was inconsistent - at times perfectly heated, other times, lukewarm. The view of the Gulf was perfect. The pool was nice, but it took awhile to get towels restocked - we requested and were told they were in the dryer. It was about 1.5 wait to get them. The hotel is not really close to dining, but the pool bar/grill was a great amenity. We walked about one mile to get to the Boardwalk which had a lot of dining options. We used Uber/Lyft to get around and had no problems. The breakfast restaurant was nice and sandwiches/donuts were good. Would like some healthy options (oatmeal/fruit). "

"My highest rating goes to the host, Kim, for her exceptional communication. Very prompt in responding. The condo was great and on a more quieter side of the beach. Everything was as described in the listing. The only suggestion I have is to mention the view from this condo is obstructed by the dune. You can hear the ocean from the back patio but you can’t see it. Having said that, you are literally on the beach in less than 10 seconds. We do like sitting on property patios to relax and watch the ocean and didn’t understand we wouldn’t be able to do that. We still give this property and host a rating of 5!!! Highly recommend if Ocean view isn’t important to you. "
