Private bedroom only with it's own private bath and entrance through garage. Cable and internet provided, with refrigerator in garage and microwave use.

Plenty of street parking in front of the house. Walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, pavilions and CVS.

Upon meeting Lyndsay she assured me there would be a microwave and a coffeemaker available for use during my stay as well as use of her washing machine and a space heater in my room if I needed it. The first night her boyfriend asked if I wanted him to put the coffeemaker in the garage so I could use it and I said I wouldn't need it for the next morning as I had planned on sleeping in. Apparently that translated to a 'no, I won't need a coffeemaker for the duration of my stay.' (or any of the other items that were promised in advance that I shouldn't have had to ask for.) When I hit my limit was the day there were cleaners using toxic chemicals that were so intense I couldn't breathe, I had to leave early in the morning with only half of my stay completed. I communicated to her that it was only fair that I receive a refund as she had not complied with what was originally communicated. (TV also did not work, linens were never changed/cleaned, and I had to purchase my own toilet paper and kleenex, as well as a coffeemaker.) She told me the refund would have to be issued from VRBO which is a lie. They said she should return my payment. She also said I could have asked her anytime for these items, but she was never there! I asked her if it was safe for me to be in the house with the chemicals and she said she would ask the cleaners THE NEXT DAY! I was physically ill, migraine/vomiting- so I finally left. I have asked again for a refund and now she won't even respond to my messages. This was a horrible experience, I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of integrity displayed in this transaction. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
