Seasonal community pool and park grilling area, fitness center access. Two decks, furniture on ocean side deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Well-equipped kitchen and dining seating for 6, wet bar with blender, ceiling fans throughout.

Wireless internet, Smart TV in living room and Roku TV in master bedroom.

Oak Island Golf Club across the street. Nightly rentals available with a 3-night minimum. Also available for off-season monthly rentals.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Good location, the kitchen had everything we wanted

The apartment was a good location. The kitchen had everything we needed. But...the floors were filthy. How hard is it to mop floors? The dryer was not vented so the hot humid air from the dryer blew into the hallway and the bedroom felt like a sauna. We reported this to maintenance twice and two men came over and said, you are right it is not vented. We will be back to fix it. No one ever came back. If we go there again, we will take a mop and bucket with us. I don't know how to vent dryers so we probably won't go back.

Everything you need for a beach getaway!

Property is as described. The view implied is not from this unit. These condos are part of a 16 building complex and Sunset Blvd is on the second level. Be prepared for outside steps.

Sunset Blvd.

The location was great! The condo was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The deck curtain slats needs replacing. I’m sure glad we were told to bring our supplies: toilet paper. Paper towels, dishwashing liquids etc. A 9x13 inch cake pan would have been helpful. I had to decrease my recipe to fit in the smaller one. Overall it was great and would stay again.
