With only a one-minute walk to the water, you can take a stroll and inhale the brisk island air. Focus on time with your loved ones as you relax in this beautiful home. Enjoy those special moments on the beach. Need a break from the beach? Head back to your home's private pool.

When entering this stunning home, you may skip a breath due to its beauty. The first bedroom is located to the left of the entry. The second bedroom is located beside the first bedroom. Included in the second bedroom is a bathroom with double vanities. The third bedroom is towards the back, next to the gathering room. This bedroom has a shared bathroom with the second bedroom. The shared bathroom has his/her sink along with more beautiful decor.

The gathering room is equipped with enough seating for you and your family. Watch your favorite shows on the television. Play a few games with family and friends and make it a competition night. Room darkening shades are provided for comfort. Aside from the gathering room is the elevator. No need to carry all of your luggage up the stairs with this perk.

On to the second floor is the great room. Adorned with you in mind, this perhaps may be the most serene room. Flowing from the great room is the dining area, where you can reminisce on good times and plan your next adventure while feasting on your favorite meal. There is a bathroom off to the side of the dining area.

The spacious kitchen is located behind the great room and is stocked with all of the basic cooking essentials and more: two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and a Keurig. Show off those cooking skills in the kitchen. Whip up your favorite dish and serve it to the family. A half bath is located near the kitchen. The master bedroom is located behind the kitchen. This large room has its own private bathroom.

Perfect for 2 families with kids

Great size for our 2 family bunch. Love the close location to the beach. House covers every need. We will be coming back here most definitely.
