Enjoy time spent with the whole family at this renovated oceanfront property on the quiet and private end of Caswell Beach. Serenity by the Sea is the only rental home on Caswell Beach that has a lawn area on the ocean side of the home – perfect for weddings and/or space for lawn games, while having the beauty of the beach as the backdrop.

This fantastic home is equipped with smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and lower recreational area. Additional luxuries available are fiberoptic wireless internet access and an elevator.

Located only two houses down from the Oak Island Lighthouse and mere steps away from the water after you leave your private wooden walkway to the beach. The outdoor space of this home includes a covered porch with outdoor dining, as well as a dune-top deck with four Adirondack chairs and built-in bench seating to enjoy the ocean and unobstructed sunset views.

Nostalgic and familiar, Serenity by the Sea is made for building memories with family to the soundtrack of crashing waves that will last for years to come.

Perfect last minute trip

This was a last minute trip for us and it exceeded our expectations! What a lucky find for us! We loved watching the sunset by the lighthouse and playing games out on porch! It was only the 2 of us so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Would definitely return and hope to do so in the near future!

Restoration

The property was super clean, bright and beautiful. This home has open windows which allows for the sun to come in to the home as well as unlimited views of the ocean. This was the best choice made to come and relax and recover from grieving over the death of a loved one.

This was our second year staying at this property and it has everything our family needed and then some! Excellent location and high quality amenities. It feels surreal to be that close to the lighthouse! We are already planning to book again for next year.

Perfect family vacation

I have stayed in many beach houses including this one before the renovation and all I can say is that this house may be perfect. The location, the house, the decor, all of it was amazing and my family can't wait to go back. If I this were my own beach house I don't think I would change a thing.
