SSV 207: Oceanfront Condo with Pool and Views!

Four CCTV's, one DVD Player, wireless internet access, and books for entertainment. The bedroom TVs have Roku with cable, and the living room has cable. Tile flooring in main areas and carpeting in two of three bedrooms. Access to your ocean-view deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. Deck with bar height table and chairs, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, cold outdoor shower, park grilling area and oceanfront dune top gazebo and walkway to the beach. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities including the Oak Island Lighthouse.

The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may occasionally be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Loved the view!

Condo was well stocked and clean. Watching the ocean on our deck was so pleasant. The pool was clean and even enjoyed swinging on the swings with my grandson .

Overall a nice place

Propert could have been a little cleaner. Furniture in bedrooms needs updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Water ran out onto the floor from behind the washer and dryer the one time we used it, so we didn't want to use it after that. Location was a plus. Nice pool and beach was not crowded.
