This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Two TV's with basic cable, one Roku TV, DVD player, video/DVDs, CD player and wireless internet access. Dine at the kitchen bar with seating for five as well as an additional leaf table with seating for two more.

A great location featuring walking distance to dining and shopping and the beach access is only one block away! Two covered parking spaces dedicated to the unit allow easy access to the first-floor unit from the stairs.

Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access, an outdoor shower, and a grilling/picnic area (the latter conveniently around the corner from the unit at the base of the ramp to the pool area).

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay!

The Condo was great for us. It was a clean pet friendly Condo. We did have an HVAC problem. However, it was resolved quickly. Location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery store and of course the beach. We will be back!

Nice Condo Friendly Building

Nice Condo walking distance beach and DQ with WiFi and Roku TV. Tiny balcony has view of ocean. Linens provided and towels were sanitized/wrapped. Washer dryer in good working order. Beds were comfortable. Beach Access was very convenient. Publix & Food Lion a few blocks away. Best location.

Excellent Condo

We had a really great stay at this condo. Short walk to the beach and it was great having a pool. The only suggestion to the property manager would be to find a way to leave the pool fob in the unit. Since the door has keyless entry this would prevent the need to stop and wait in line at the office for the fob. Not a huge deal, but it was an extra stop that could be avoided. All in all, would highly recommend!

Penny’s Place

nice condo, roomy, bright, comfortable. However, disappointed about a dead bug in the room, really hard mattress in second bedroom made for sleepless nights! Tried the pull out couch to find it full of sand, dirt and pet hair!! Not ideal but we made it work.

Dog friendly, clean, great location

Enjoyed a short stay at this bright and clean condo. It is dog friendly but very well cleaned and maintained. The location is great...close to beach, dining and shopping. Beware it is managed by a property management agent, Oak Island Accommodations with lots of added fees!

The deck was much smaller than I anticipated. That was the only downfall with the rental.
