We love our pet friendly, but if you don't clean the yard after your dog, you will be charged $50
Check out is 10 am, if you need extra time let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. If the cleaning lady will have to wait for you to get out you will be charged $100/hour
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

keep the outdoor shower door close! Don't keep the door open if the Ac is on, Stay of the dunes! Don't leave food outside, pick up after your pet
Don't take glas on the sand. White towels are not for the beach. Load dirty dishes before checking out. Take the garbage out. Prop is not child proof.
Garbage day is Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling is Saturday.Please put the beans to the street and bring them back after they been emptied.
