This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is tastefully decorated with a beautiful coffee porch off of the primary bedroom, king in upstairs primary, 2 twin beds upstairs and queen in downstairs, large wrap around porch screened in the back. TVs in all bedrooms. OLED TV in living room. Great views 50 yard walk to the beach. Kayaks available for use. Fenced in back yard. This is third row home in the middle of two really nice beach accesses. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs medium size.

We do have a gas grill and a charcoal grill.

Great Home and Location

The home is well laid out and really close to the beach. Only about 2 miles from restaurants and grocery stores too! Really nice fenced in back yard for easy dog care! There were board and card games along with TV’s in every room.

Great Beach Getaway

Great beach house within walking distance to 2 public beach accesses. House had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space and all the porches. The fenced yard was great for our dog. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach house in Oak Island.

Nice & super pet friendly!

Beautiful home with great character with amazing and friendly owners. Owner communication and was top notch, much better than large companies & realty offices. The wrap ground porch was amazing with a nice fenced yard that allows for peace of mind for fido. My family & I truely enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again! Already recommended to family & friends!

Break from Winter

Booked for 12 days, weather was WONDERFUL! This was our first off season trip and we are hooked!Host was excellent to communicate with and so helpful with any need we had. It was a warm, very quiet, relaxing vacation. The home was perfect with everything we needed to dine in. And the hardwood floors throughout are beautiful!

Fun Family Time

We loved this house! The decor and amenities were fabulous- we were very comfortable the whole time. The home is a short walk to the beach-kind of in between two different accesses so take your pick. The beach can get a bit narrow during hightide, but it seemed like the access we choose was a bit more wide and less crowded than some of the other areas. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Jarrod, the owner, was very good at communicating with us when we had questions. This was our first time to Oak Island, and we will definitely consider coming back and renting this house again. Hopefully, next time we can watch one of the many turtle nests hatch!!!!

Anniversary Getaway

Lovely Stay!

My family really enjoyed this beautiful, well-appointed home. It's location was ideal with a very short walk to the beach and quick drive to restaurants and stores. My pup thoroughly enjoyed the fenced yard and the various balconies were fantastic. And the owner provided exceptional communication. Hoping to return!

Can’t recommend enough

This is the best house we have stayed at so far at Oak Island. Super clean and feels very homey. Would highly recommend the golf cart as well, makes for a much more fun stay. Seriously can’t recommend this house enough, only place where I could absolutely see us coming back to.

We loved staying at this beautiful well decorated home!! The location to the beach was great. A quick walk! The house had great views of ocean from top deck. The house was so homey and comfortable. The owner had great communication!! Would highly recommend and would love to come back again!!

Great communication

Great location and excellent communication. There was a miscommunication that caused us to arrive to a very dirty house but Jarrod got the cleaners there very quickly. They did a good job but this is a very pet friendly house. There is pet hair all over furniture, chewed dog bones under furniture, and a yard full of dog poop. If you aren’t going with an animal, it’s a fair warning. We enjoyed our stay though and would recommend.

Best Place Ever

We stayed a week and everything was perfect beautiful home and well kept easy conversations before we got there kitchen was well stocked. My daughters family had the upstairs and I had bedroom downstairs. We had a great week with our four legged boys nice fenced in back yard! Can’t think of anything to change Perfection!

Oak Island Trip

We decided to take a trip down to Oak Island (a place I went to all the time with my family when I was young). Our son and our good friends from our first neighborhood met us there. The house was great and the proximity and views of the ocean were great. We liked the floor plan because it was essentially like two primary bedrooms, one on each floor. Great deck space front and back. Fenced backyard. Plenty of parking. We rented the golf cart and it was really fun driving it to the beach, the store and just around the island. We will rent this property again. Highly recommend it.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as described and there is a beach access point within short walking distance. We went back and forth to the beach several times and it was a quick trip. The kitchen was well stocked which I always need, since I have to cook my own food due to health issues. I appreciate when the rentals have kitchens that feel like a kitchen at home. The neighborhood was quiet and I could hear the subtle roar of the waves at night the bedroom. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Every room was clean and there were plenty of bath towels. The owner was easy to get a hold of and gave us all we needed to know about the house and the area. We all agreed that we would rent this house again!

Georgous and clean with an ocean view!

Our group included three adults, one pre-teen, and a one year old and we all found so much to love about this property. The home was georgously decorated, making it feel cozy, and was so clean I had no issue letting my one year old play and explore. Our pre-teen loved that you could hear and see the ocean from the property. Grandma loved having the beautiful, large master bedroom and spacious bathroom to herself. My husband and I loved that we were able to stay on the ground floor with our little one with our own bedroom and bathroom. If you do have a little one, I recommend rocking them to sleep on the screened in back porch! The golfcart rental was definitely worth it! We strapped our toddler's carseat in it and it was his favorite way to get around (and cried when we walked passed it to leave on our last day!) The owner is fantastic, easy to reach if an issue does arise, and has some great local recommendations. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property in an amazing community!

Our family had an amazing stay at this lovely house! It is exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated and included all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The property owner was hospitable and gracious and answered any questions we had. We cooked a few meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home is so pet-friendly! Our dog loved the fenced-in backyard and adorable food/water bowls. We even used a provided baby gate to keep her on the porch with us while we enjoyed the ocean view. Such a quick, short walk to the beach with easy accessibility, we didn’t rent the golf cart, but I almost wish we had as it seemed to be a favorite mode of transportation around the island. I wish we were able to use the provided kayaks (such a nice perk!) but the horseflies at the waterway were too pesky to attempt it. We did manage a couple nice walks along the paths before the horseflies got too bad. The community area is so peaceful and relaxing, we loved the vibe. We will definitely return in the future! Thanks for such a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful home, great location

We loved the property. The house was beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was ideal - we walked there every day. We also enjoyed being close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Oak Island.
