Marsh Madness: Large Family House Overlooking the Waterway

Three TVs (including a 48" flat screen TV with surround sound) with basic cable, three DVD players, stereo with CD player, in-ceiling speakers in upstairs living room, wireless high-speed internet. Four covered porches with views of ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Marsh side dock opens a new dimension to enjoy coastal living (one to two feet draft at low tide). Two enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Within walking distance to Bluewater Point Marina and restaurant, less than 50 yards to beach access. Attractive reverse floor plan with extra seating downstairs, large kitchen with two sinks and wine/beverage cooler. Please do not park on grass in front of house. No pets, no smoking.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be occasionally present during an owners stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

We enjoyed the house very much, the boat dock, convenient access to beach, all the extras — kayaks, paddle boards, etc. rental mgmt responsive to our needs!

Rhyne Vacation

We had a wonderful time being together in Marsh Madness. The kayaks were a great addition. We had enough room to have away/together time. The beach access was easily used and the marsh was wonderful. The only things that were a challenge were that the closet with beach chairs and beach toys was locked and the operation of the elevator could have had been made clear. Other that that we had a wonderful time.
