A Shore Place transcends the typical beach cottage, offering a breathtaking retreat that beautifully fuses Hamptons-style elegance with coastal charm and unmatched comfort. Nestled in the coveted Kings Lynn area of West Beach, you're only a half-mile to The Point and a leisurely stroll away from the popular Lonerider Brew Pub Restaurant.

As you step inside, you're instantly greeted by an expansive wall of windows framing sweeping ocean views that fill the space with natural light. The open floor plan accentuates the striking exposed beam vaulted ceilings, while the real showstopper is the one-of-a-kind seashell fireplace crafted with shells collected from Oak Island's beach! After a day of coastal adventures, the two full-size sofas invite you to relax and enjoy the view. For that extra touch of ambiance, switch on the electric fireplace with its captivating multicolored flames that add a cozy glow to your evening. When it's time for a movie, the large flat-screen TV provides 80+ channels on YouTube TV and complimentary Netflix — which is available on every TV throughout the home. The half bath is hidden off of the living space through a secret door, will you be able to find it?

The gourmet kitchen has completely transformed into a chef's paradise with luxurious multicolored stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient pot filler above the brand-new electric stove. This covered space opens to an expansive oceanfront deck with five comfortable rocking chairs, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sound of the waves. Just beyond, a spacious built-in U-shaped seating area surrounds a gas fire pit, setting the scene for lounging during the day and storytelling under the stars in the evening.

The primary king is a true retreat, complete with custom artwork, a serene blue-painted ceiling, and a wall-mounted TV. Its ensuite bath exudes spa-like luxury with a double vanity, elegant lozenge-shaped mirrors, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. The second king suite boasts built-in cabinets, a wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bath with a large tiled shower, toilet and double vanity, bringing both comfort and style.

A charming queen bedroom offers a peaceful space with its own wall-mounted TV, ideal for winding down after a beach day. We had a great time and enjoyed the house. Check in and check out were so seamless and easy. The kitchen is a fair size. It felt cramped at times with 10 people but would be pefect for smaller parties. The bedrooms were very nice as well. The beachfront access was the main appeal and it didnt disappoint. With two kids under the age of 7, it made the experience much more enjoyable. Oak Island is one of our new favorite beaches!
