We had a pleasant stay at this beach cottage. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had a charming, nostalgic feel. It’s easy to imagine it once being a family beach house before becoming a vacation rental. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was excellent to work with. They responded extremely quickly to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. The neighborhood was also very nice, quiet, and relaxing. There were a few drawbacks that kept the experience from being exceptional. The second bedroom did not have a TV, which was disappointing, especially for families or groups wanting separate entertainment options. The amenities were fairly basic and felt somewhat bare-bones compared to other vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.The outdoor space was another area that could use improvement. There wasn’t much seating or a comfortable place to relax outside, and there were quite a few ants in the backyard, which made it difficult to enjoy the space barefoot or when walking out to the laundry room. That said, the cottage was very clean, well-maintained, and served its purpose well as a beach getaway. With a few upgrades to the amenities and outdoor area, it could be an even better experience.

Close to beach and marsh. Bikes were fun. Place was very clean and had what we needed. Only negatives were that one of the beds was too noisy to sleep on and they were only doubles. Communication was great.
