Property was in a good location. Not as clean as we hoped but communicated with the rental agency as they were unaware of the issue.

Overall the location was great. The condo needs to be tended too or kept up. The paint from the cabinets is cracking/peeling, the furniture is worn, the sliding door became VERY hard to open and you have to be careful when using the oven (we prepared FF's) or you will set the smoke detectors off. No exhaust fan in the kitchen.
