This was a new property. We didn't know what to expect since we rent beach homes every summer but never had a new build. This one was great. Location was perfect. The house layout was perfect. The pool being on the second floor was a game changer and the deck furniture was GREAT quality. For a new home they had great appliances. Air Fryer to Blender everything was quality appliances. They had tons of cups, bowls..... everything to cook. They just didn't have a bunch of seasoning and things you might find for a continuous rented home. We left some stuff to help start the process. I would've given this place 5 stars but only fault we could find is the internet was intermittent that was kind of annoying at times, so I used a phone for a hot spot for the kids to watch movies. We heard that spectrum internet has had a ton of complaints in that area. All the TV's are huge in each room and we stayed so busy we didn't miss the internet that much. All Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Air conditioning was great! We usually go to different beaches each year but if we go back to Oak Island we'd stay here again for sure. Great place! Great area! We enjoyed our stay!!!
