The Dunes cottage is convenient to local activities, shops and restaurants, as well as the bridge leading to historic Southport and its numerous shops and historic points of interest. Whether your idea of a vacation is taking long naps in the island breeze, exploring local landmarks or teeing up for 18 holes at one of the area's playable but challenging golf courses, you will find your island home at Dunes!

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guests stays, a dog may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

We were very pleased with this vacation rental, it was very clean when we arrived and was adequately stocked with what we needed for the week. Our only complaint was that we could not turn the AC lower then 68 degrees so it was little warm at night while sleeping. The beach was beautiful, easy to access from the house and the hot/cold outside shower was a life saver with all the sandy kids we had at the end of the day! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
