Community amenities also include a covered picnic area with park grills, swing set, walkway to the beach, and shared outside shower with cold water. From the condo, it's a short walk to the Beach Club and the Oak Island Golf Course and a quick drive to a convenience store and restaurants. Off-season monthly available.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
