Management was great. We had a leak in the washing machine during our stay. After hours answered right away and sent repair people quickly. The condo is in a great location and convenient to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we need. Check in and check out was seamless.

Positives: Really nice, mostly quiet, roomy, clean, 5 min. walk to beach, elevator, parking under building, pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. provide linens and towels. Water hose at corner of building for rinsing.They replaced a problem microwave in a timely fashionBetter Beach Rentals employees were easy to reach and very niceNegatives: I would like to be closer to the beach, They only provided the first toilet paper, paper towels, trash bag. Needed to bring hand soap, dish liquid and any cleaning products.Had to bag up all linens, towels, and take trash to the dumpster. Cable TV did not work well and could not stream your own apps, NOT a smart TV. Wi-Fi was not good. Pool: we did not go to the pool to give it a rating

nice place but short on amenties

Ocean Walk is a very nice property, close to elevator and pool. The pool and pool area was great and we really enjoyed it. The towels that were provided us was a joke., very small and thin. There wasn't any cable tv on 3 of the 4 tv's. If there was any Wi-Fi , it was poor. It would only take a few changes to make this a great place to stay.

This condo was great, it was clean, updated and close to the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Close to beach shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

Super clean, nicely decorated, spacious, very comfortable accommodations in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, although beach access was limited due to temporary sand relocation project going on while we visited. Had a great time and would recommend this property.

It’s just okay

Check in was delayed til 5:30 due to Covid which was fine, but the better beach rental office closed at 5 on Saturday so we had a difficult time finding out when the place was going to be ready. Once we got in it was fine. Although you do pay a cleaning fee but are expected to wash and put up all dishes, take out trash, and basically clean the place before leaving—again just okay. It’s not a quiet place, so if you are a light sleeper go somewhere else. But the location is great and the living space itself is nice.
