The Space:
BookSmart Properties presents: Harbour House! This charming bungalow in the heart of Oak Island has been recently refreshed and updated. The kitchen and living areas are bright, airy, and sparkling with coastal charm. You can't help being in beach mode as soon as you step inside! Dine together indoors or enjoy a meal al fresco around the fire, where you can end the night. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, making meal prep a breeze. A brand new hot tub has been installed for 2026!
The home comfortably sleeps 4 people between the queen and king bedrooms, but the sofa turns into a sleeper bed, providing space for 5 total guests. A laundry area is provided with a washer and dryer to finish out the convenient amenities.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.
