Steps from the beach, this split floor plan with open living room and kitchen is perfect for sharing great times with family and friends. View of lighthouse from multiple locations. Front and back covered decks offer nice views with an added seating area off of dune top deck. Ceramic tile flooring throughout, granite countertops in kitchen. Kitchen cabinets and appliances were newly updated in 2023. Outside rinse off on deck leading from beach, enclosed outdoor shower shower (hot/cold), charcoal grill. Full laundry on main living area. High-speed wireless internet, SMART TV's in each room with basic cable and guests use personal accounts to stream.

Nightly rentals available with a three-night minimum stay. Off season monthly rentals available.

Though pets are not allowed for guest reservations, please note a dog may be present during an owner stays for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Caswell Cabana is a quaint beach cottage perfect for our family. Four adults and 2 little granchildren. The host and booking agent responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Caswell beach is so wonderfully quiet. Oceanfront access is great when vacationing with children.

Charming, quiet beach stay.

The location can’t be beat- steps from the beach! The outdoor shower was helpful since we had six sandy kids with us. It was nice that there are two sides of the house- each family took one side. We went in early May and had the entire beach to ourselves! A large pod of dolphins swam by. The house was comfortable and lovely. We appreciated being able to use the beach toys, chairs, etc.

Family Beach Week

Loved being on the beach with easy access. The layout of the house is good for adults and kids with a large living/kitchen area.. If you plan on cooking ANY meals at the house be sure and bring everything you will need to do so, other than pots and pans. No salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, spices, oil etc. The air conditioning system needs to be balanced as the bedrooms are hot while the living room is very cold!
