This condo has it all!! Après Surf features king beds in two of the large bedrooms while the third bedroom has two bunk beds perfect for gatherings or a family getaway. Sit on the deck with coffee or walk to the many breakfast or coffee locations conveniently located near the condo. There is a public beach access that is approximately 0.2 miles away at the end of SE 58th Street. Need to pick up a last-minute item for dinner? Food Lion is just around the corner! Start your vacation today!

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Guests with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

Oak Island Vacation Rentals

It was a little further from the beach than advertised but not too bad of a walk. Very close and convenient to grocery store, lots of shopping, and places like Dairy Queen and other ice cream places

Nice place. Good value

All as advertised. Well equipped. Its a 5min relaxed walk to beach. Pool was clean, very little shade. Two parking spots per unit. They are still using the Covid excuse to justify 9am checkout with 4pm checkin, for 'in-depth cleaning'. The Unit was mostly clean; however there was misc hair samples in the dresser drawers. All appliances worked well. Beds were decent. Two tvs were on cable, two bedroom tvs required roku signup to watch. Lots of wall dings, typical stuff. Overall I have no complaints. This was a good value.
