Cute, Cozy & Comfortable Cottage Conveniently Located In The Heart Of Town.
- Immaculate & well furnished cottage is cozy & comfortable. The two queen mattresses were chosen to provide luxury slumber. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning wake up time. Also provided is a drip coffee maker for those of you that like to choose your strength beyons a pod.
A laundry room with washer & dryer with supplies. The driveway has space for several vehicles. Located in the heart of town, so only a short walk to the beach, marina, restaurants, & shopping.
Rate is based on 2 persons. Additional guest is $20 per person, per night.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all used towels and bedsheets, and place in the laundry room. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it.
Rember to leave the keys, take out trash, and turn lights out.
Remove trash. On Sunday evenings, place the outdoor trash bins at the edge of the street with the opening facing the street. Check the trash pick up schedule hanging on side of fridge.
Some of the holidays that are on Monday, will change the pick up for Tuesday mornings. The schedule lists those holidays that are on Tuesday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
