"The room was not clean, the fixtures are degraded, and not in the best condition. The staff was terrible and abusive charged me a deposit twice although it was me staying 3 consecutive nights. Mind you the deposit is $200 that was on a debit card. These places really think someone is going to stay in them for close to $1000 for 3 nights they won’t be doing very well soon. It’s already been 2 weeks since I stayed in the hotel they have not returned my second deposit. Terrible terrible. "

"A gem in the middle of chaos"

"The room wasn’t clean, at all. I was traveling with my friends young son as they were possibly losing their apartment and we wanted to get him out of the house. Upon walking in, it was clear they hadn’t cleaned the room at all. At some point in the night, my friend’s kid saw what he thought was a balloon under the bed - nope, a freaking condom. Thankfully I sensed it wasn’t a balloon and immediately told him to not touch it - horrible experience. For the last minute need, it was affordable and fine. But absolutely disgusting condition. Craziest part is upon walking into check in, another lady was in the lobby demanding they clean the room as hers was dirty too. Unacceptable, especially with children."

"The hotel itself was alright. Nothing to write home about. The halls were filthy, and it smelled really musty throughout the building. My room smelled like 5 day old smelly body odor that they tried to cover up with a cheap body spray. When I opened the wardrobe, it got even worse. There was some staining on one my pillow cases, and the pillows were flat as heck. For the price, I think you can find better."

"I checked into this hotel not expecting much - I never expect more than mediocrity from these large chains. But I have to say that this hotel is the best of its kind. It was remodeled two years ago, but still looks brand new. I was particularly impressed by the quality of my room - outstanding. No, you're not going to mistake it for a suite at the Four Seasons, but everything was done to a very high standard compared to other hotels in the same price range - lots of attention to detail in both the design and the construction. Only disappointment was the tub / shower combo with a shower curtain - not good! But the bathroom lighting was excellent and the bed was super comfy, maybe a bit soft for some tastes. The pool area (which I didn't get to enjoy) looked spectacular and worthy of a Four Seasons. I'd go back in a heartbeat."
