If you like water sport, you can rent jet ski, paddle board, one of the rental that is located one block away from the property. There is a public fishing pier located directly across from the property or you can go fishing with one of the party boats . Many beautiful beaches on the island can be reached within minutes.

Great apartment and location

This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all, this was a great stay for our first visit to MV.

Perfect Location

We had a lovely time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mornings on the deck to watch the sunrise as well as the evening sunsets were breathtaking. We were able to walk to just about everywhere. Parking in the back was a little tricky but the issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend this location.

Great stay. Like others have said, only two towels, no beach towels, and have to deal with electrical breakers on your own. Got info for getting into place in a timely fashion but didnt get a response on a question i asked during my stay. Best view on the island. Just bring your own stuff

Great location, updated property

Location was excellent, walking distance to all points of interest! Apartment was very nice, newly renovated. Only thing that would be nice is to have some basic towels for kitchen and bath. Also, linens were only provided for the bed in the bedroom and listing advertises sleeps four. The couch pulls out for two but no sheets/blankets were available for it.

Location Location Location

Overall this is a 1 bedroom king; my first staying on a pullout couch much lower then my bed's height and the king bed's height is lower. I would say the black curtains in the unit probably needs to be the darkening tone which everyone was sunkissed at 445 am, making it hard to fall back to sleep and for more privacy to the restaurant next door. The owner Danny was very nice, and responsive and nearby. There is stairs to the unit. It was clean. A recommended stay!

Great place with amazing location

Absolutely wonderful clean, new unit that is in the heart of Oak Bluffs. You.can watch amazing sunrises from the balcony, walk to Inkwell beach, and downtown Oak Bluffs. My only recommendation is that the owner should provide bath towels(for 4) and other bathroom essentials like soap and toilet paper. Also bed linen for the pullout sofa is needed. These are minor things that are good to know (so you plan accordingly). Owner is very responsive and provided us the ability to store our luggage upon checkout to accommodate our later flight. 5 stars!

Great location. Several electrical outlets didn’t work in kitchen and bath. Electric panel in bedroom many circuits tripped. Reset and tripped again . Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Curtains stained in several windows/door.

Great location

We love the front row seat on the island. Located right next to Lookout Tavern and the OB Ferry Terminal, the apartment is perfectly situated. The apartment is also walking distance to the beach, shops on Circuit Avenue and restaurants. There are quite a few small things that would make the place better. 1. Add black out curtains for privacy and sun block 2. Install door nobs on the outside doors 3. Provide new chairs for the balcony. The 3 existing chairs are rusted. 4. Provide hangers for the closet. 5. Clean up outside and plant some flowers. 6. Do not allow the kids to hang out on the back porch.

Bad smell

The location was great and the pictures are accurate. Unfortunately the whole building smelled very strongly of cat urine. I ended up having to stay somewhere else and just lose my money. The owner came and said he didn’t smell what I was talking about and gave excuses like maybe it was carpet cleaner or the ocean. Cat urine has a very distinct smell and I just wasn’t able to ignore it and stay there. After a few messages with the owner he stopped responding.

Great place but very sparse

This place has a potential to be 5 stars but lack many amenities. Pros 1, Great location - very centrally located walking distance to many restaurants, shops, downtown and ferry. 2. Newly renovated- looks new with remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Lots of room for two 3. Beautiful views of the ocean. Nice deck to sit and enjoy the sight 4. Parking space- nice to have car to explore the island Cons 1. Very sparse- only 2 towels and hand towels, would be nice to have more as well as wash clothes. Big closest but no hangers. Put up some hooks to hang jackets. We needed to buy handsoap for the bathroom. More utensils ( only had two forks, 2 knives, one soup spoon and two teaspoons). Has bare minimum supplies. 2. Needed to pop circuit breaker for outlet in bathroom 3. Difficulty opening front door especially when wet outside. Install knob to help open stuck door. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It is a nice space just needs some improvements.

Location, view and the unit itself were amazing! The Close proximity to everything was great! Marked down from 5 star for two reasons: 1 check in at 4:00 seemed too late. 2) There were no hand towels, wash clothes. We were left two bath towels, women with long hair appreciate a towel to wrap hair in.

Good stay

It pretty much was as advertised except no towels /washcloths and rusted, old broken down chairs on the patio. Great location, nice apartment but really needs some touches that would be simple and inexpensive to make it nice, For example: Shower curtain disgusting, no hand soap curtains were just hanging on a line a with old stains, back door lock in bedroom which leads to outside and stairs to ground floor was loose, not secure. Food was left in the fridge. Owner never answered my call or message me back when I requested towels and washcloths, he did work with us about leaving our items to walk about the island before and after checking in and out. Worked out well for overnight stay only.
