With the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, travelling today comes with a few extra challenges. Keep in mind the following information before jumping on your flight to Nötö:

• Before committing to anything, see if any travel bans or restrictions apply — in both your origin and destination. Get the latest updates by reviewing official government websites.
• When you go through airport screening, keep your face mask on. You will be required to briefly lower it to verify your identity. Passengers who refuse to wear a mask may be denied entry or boarding.
• To avoid cross-contamination, position your boarding pass on the scanner yourself and then hold it up for inspection. Do not hand your pass directly to a TSA officer.
• One liquid hand sanitizer container is now permitted in your carry-on bag. It must be no bigger than 12 oz (350 ml), and you'll have to take it out of your bag for scanning.
• Place any personal items (e.g, keys, phone and wallet) in your carry-on instead of a bin to minimize handling during the screening process.
• If you're bringing food through security screening, place it in a clear plastic bag and then into a scanning bin. This lessens the likelihood that a TSA officer will need to handle your carry-on bag or food container for closer inspection.
