The rooms are quite spacious, unlike the ones in NA or Europe. The staff were very attentive. We had a problem with our room upon checkin and luckily the front desk staff Anna was able to resolve it quickly and offered proper compensation which we really appreciate. One other thing I enjoyed was the breakfast. My favorites are the rice noodle soup, the yogurt and the egg tarts.

Lobby was ice cold even staff complained about how cold the lobby is. Staff Vicki and Justin were amazing staffs who attended to my questions and provided assistance.

"The hotel is a bit dated but we enjoyed our stay there. Staff are very good and helpful We loved the location as its walking distnace to muslim quarter and johkan temple."

"Shangri-La Lhasa was absolutely amazing! The hotel was impeccable, beautiful and spacious rooms, and an unbelievable breakfast buffet Ashley Chen who works at the front desk was the best professional ever, so polite, fast, helpful and kind! I highly recommend this hotel."
