Nice place, lovely staff, close to station
The hotel is conveniently close to the train and bus stations, as well as the airport. However, the area is relatively quite and quite close to a number of temples. Free biycles are a great way to get around but the e-bikes are a bit pricy. Staff are friendly and quite helpful. As you can read from other comments, the hotel is far from old Bagan, but much cheaper than its counterparts. You can see on the map that there are easy ways to access the main attractions.

Very nice staff
Hotel allows me early check in due to overnight bus arrival at 6am. Great help to book taxi for my Bagan and Mt. Popa trip.

Put in wrong room,but was moved without a problem on request. Bathroom in need of fix up. Nice restuarant A little out of the way, but bikes and scooters available. Would stay here again

Great place but not walking distance to bars etc.
I would give this hotel a higher rating but the location is a couple miles on a busy highway from the restaurants and nightlife of Nyaung U. If I could move the hotel into town, it would be hands down the best hotel in Nyaung U. The have great Ebikes to rent very affordably so once we had Ebikes it was fine to see the sights, but you do have to ride them to and from dinner as well. Breakfast was great. Wife did not work in our room, but worked ok out on the terrace. It was not busy so they gave us a free upgrade tot he upper rooms which are really nice.

Nice place little out of town
Nice place, great staff. Only problem is it's isolated. And you need transport to get to restaurants. However, the food there is good and staff very helpful and can provide bicycles for free and rent ebikes.

Best 5 nights of trip.
Best place we have stayed in Myanmar. Buffet breakfast amazing, free older bicycles, inexpensive escooter rental, even gave us free mountain bikes for our last day.

it was fine. far from bagan. no one will rent you a motorbike or scooter in bagan, but they do have overpriced ebikes that die and leave you stranded halfway through the day.. the hotel itself was ok, but prices were twice what you would pay in town, and 5x the price of anywhere else in Myanmar
