Overall, a nice stay. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was good. It’s not in the best area that is close to much, and for some reason the sixth floor where we were staying always smelled like spoiled trash. I told management about it, but it continued to smell in the hallway. Air-conditioning system shoots right down on you in bed while you’re sleeping and is in a very awkward spot. Otherwise, hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean and had a nice view. I will say, if you want to have happy patrons, do not try to charge them over $12 for one beer in your lobby downstairs. That’s extortive pricing.

We booked the Carina Gold based on the reviews reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The location was perfect. We walked to everything in the old city within minutes. The concierge was very helpful in giving us itinerary ideas and setting up what we decided to do. The hotel arranged pick up at the airport and back. The breakfast was very extensive for the size of the hotel. Also very good. Spotless clean room and common areas made me happy. Staying here was an excellent experience that I highly recommend.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.

All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect.

Great location for walking to the sites . Loved breakfast on the terrace . Great open views of the Blue Mosque on one side - Bosphorus on the other Nice room with great linens. Staff pleasant and very helpful .
