Hotel Cristal is reliable and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious! The hotel has a wonderful self-serve coffee machine in addition to coffee prepared and brought to the table. We stayed in summer when it was especially hot. There is no AC, so we had to keep our windows open - lots of noise from then major street nearby. I would stay there again.

This was a wonderful place. Close to the train. Easy to get around. Very helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable and quiet community.

Staff were rude and unfriendly .They would not help us with our luggage up and down stairs. Room was small a d window looked out onto rubbish dump. They charge EUR 7 per day to use sauna. This is just mean and ungenerous.

Not bad place to stay if you have early flight

Comfortable and clean overnight stay for our family of four with two teenagers. Parking was a challenge however and the front desk staff didn’t give us any options. We learned later the hotel has parking for a fee. Good breakfast!

Outdated and far
I stayed in this hotel for my business trip to Nuremberg. Good thing about this hotel is easy to find parking and very good breakfast. Everything else is disappointing. The room is very outdated and noisy. Bathroom is so small that you have to open shower door in order to brush your teeth, otherwise no space to extend your elbow. The shower itself is super small, I could barely fit in. Staff speak very limited English, even the reception, and not much polite. I went to get a cup of tea in the breakfast area in the evening and got screamed that this area is only for breakfast and charged 2.50E for a small cup of tea.

OK facility near historic city
Quiet alley parking,near mall shopping and close to historic part of the city. Beds were too hard for us Occidentals though. Did not get breakfast as our early flight left before 6:30. Breakfast was another charge above room rate anyway. Coffee was available, but only as espresso and was expensive. Room was clean and well kept. TV service was limited to pretty much only German language and BBC news.

Room for 4 adults was fine for sleeping, small room, but adequate. Easy access to train into town centre. Staff at reception provided good advice for sights

Nice hotel in quite neiborhood.
Nice hotel in the quite neiborhood. No problem with parking around on the streets. Good breakfast at the resanable price. No A/C in the rooms and far from old town.

All went well during our visit, and we enjoyed our stay there. Only one thing ruined a bit the experience. When we were checking out, we had a grumpy receptionist and she was not so friendly.

Lovely break on Europe trip!
Just one night stay, but very pleasant experience! We have arrived late, but were helped by receptionist with garage place for the car (so we did not have to unload all luggage). Very spacious, clean and quiet room. Skipped the breakfast as we wanted to explore the old town a bit, which was very nice. Morning reception clerk gave us a town map, explained transport and places to visit and kept our personal positions behind the reception while we left the car in the garage even though we have checked out. Everything very kind and genuine, can't fault anything. Would love to go back!!!

Quaint independent hotel located one block of main road. You'd think that would make it quiet, but with no A/C in July, you have to open the windows. So much road noise! Very cramped room but with an oddly large bathroom.

Great place. Great Price. Poor WiFi
We got a great deal. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was OK especially considering that it was only 5 Euro. The only issue was that the free WiFi barely worked in our room and was slow. I ended up sitting in the lobby to get the WiFi to work.

Little gem
We were pleasantly surprised with this gem of a hotel on our way back from Austria. Quaint hotel with good sized rooms and a brilliant breakfast. Easy access from the main road.

We were supposed to have queen sized beds but did not. The hotel staff when we checked out and in were rude. I would not recommend to anyone. The hotel is located too far from where we'd be going.

Quality hotel at a good price
The hotel staff were helpful, and the rooms were very clean with nice, big bathrooms. There were good restaurants within easy walking distance. On-street, free parking was available, or paid parking in the hotel lot. The hotel breakfast was very good and a good price. We enjoyed our stay.

Only i wished the room was bigger cause for 4 people was small and i orderit with 2 rooms 2 bathroom but there was 4 beds in the same room and 1 bathroom some time we go use reception toilet..The breakfast excellent. I wish if sauna was no extra charge for it .the rest was ecellent.
