The instructions were a little confusing on how to get to the apartment. Once there, we found we couldn’t control the temperature and we were a little cold through the night. The bathroom had no counter space, the pillows on the bed had cases that were much too large for them resulting in an uncomfortable bunched up pillow, the kettle had particles of calcium floating around in the leftover water from a previous person, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. The area was quiet though and a walkable distance from the main part of town and train station.

The check-in and check-out instructions were sent by email in German. It would have been preferable if they had been provided in English as well, especially when expecting international guests. We managed by translating them with Google Translate or a similar tool, but it was still a bit tricky to locate the room at first. However, we solved it within about 5–7 minutes. You get what you expect from accommodation in this price range. I would have no problem staying there again. We did not really explore the surrounding area, as we only chose this place to stay during the trade fair, and for that purpose it worked perfectly well.
