Nice hotel, great bar and restaurant with good food. Transport is required if staying here or else a good set of walking shoes as it’s a bit out of the way
Room was acceptable and clean. The showers have a dumb design, and “clean only by request” is also dumb. This should really be asked or pointed out during the check-in.
Also, try not to get a room next to the staircase, the fire-protection doors are very loud every time somebody enters your floor.
Staff was super nice and competent
Fairly well positioned . Service was decent. Cleaning of room was on request which i didnt expect for price that we paid. Restaurant had a limited menue but food was good.
The front guest service (he was a guy) very helpful and attentive. Thumbs up! But the server in the restaurant is not that kind specially night time 2 men. The breakfast is clean and nice (staffs are nice too). And facility is out of nowhere so you need to find yourself to get out if you want to go out and eat. However overall I like the stay and will stay again here for the show. Because this venue is specially for the show.
Hotel is located near exhibition center so that's very nice - but also quite expensive. Also I don't understand that when you paid for the room until 12:00 noon why the cleaning personal came twice in the morning to clean when I did not check out yet. They need a better communication between cleaners and front desk when People has checked out
It was convenient to the Stadium where events were held. It was central, cabs came quickly. Front desk staff were efficient, all staff were pleasant. BUT, the service in bar and dining room was very very slow. They should have staffed up for the events in the city. And for an American, not being able to take out a cup of coffee is crazy. The beds were of good quality, Jr. Suite was very suitable for me. Parking was expensive and not secure. No evidence of security around the hotel and parking area. But that could just be the way things are. And I should have been able to get my ACCOR points. I did not because of booking thru Expedia. Website did not show availability for my room, Expedia did, why was that????
Worst hotel I stayed in for a good while. Bathtub contained multiple hairs and even a clipped toenail… dead flies in the window sill. The headboard had cuts in it which led to sticky material where your hairs would stick to. Besides that, the rooms where very hot and airconditioning was not working. Barly slept the first night because the surroundings where so loud (party in the park next door till 5 in the morning). Breakfast was pretty good and staff was overall great but they really need to step up the cleaning and the maintenance.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Very convenient for the NCC but rooms were expensive. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast but the buffet dinner offer was expensive compared to even restaurants in the old town and the quality wasn’t great.
Conveniently located for the exhibition centre but food was terrible, staff not great and hotel pretty run down. No information in rooms about facilities. Tried to get some dry cleaning arranged at 8am and reception staff said it was too late even though the website says leave garments by 9am. Wouldn’t stay here again
