Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. The only problem is a lack of secure luggage storage - if youre going to enforce a strict checkin time of 3pm, you need to provide secure luggage storage for early arrivals.

Good location. However, the bathroom smelled like sewage. We told the staff the next morning and they said they would look into it during the day. It had the same sewage odor when we came back at night. We kept the door close and it prevented the rest of the room from smelling. There was clearly a problem with the vent in the bathroom that was working non stop

Great place

This was a great stay, greeted by friendly staff, opted for on site breakfast for 13veuros. Easily walked to the Christmas market. Rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and nice. We would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in the city centre.

The hotel was a few minute walk from the train station, was a 5 minute walk into the main area of the city, perfect location, clean and comfortable. Great price for all of the above.

Traveling with family. This was a super convenient hotel right near the historic district. The staff was helpful and friendly, even calling a few restaurants to make sure of their availability since many were closed in the of season. Parking is convenient.

Clean and safe hotel, with a convenient bar service at the lounge. The quality did not align with the price we paid for the room, as this was a good option for a simple, clean, safe and affordable motel. No more than one pillow per person if you need them. However, the room was priced very high.
