Do not go to this hotel

A big group of young Ju Jitsu practitioners were in hotel. They were loud, the doors were benging all the time. Also price is vay too high for this very generinc experience

The service at the hotel is very bad. There is no attendant at the lobby bar. You have to get up every time and go to the reception and inform them. The hotel has a general heating system. and was closed on May 15. I spent the first night in my coat under the duvet. After 3 meetings, they brought me a heater on the second day. mini bar is empty. There could be a much better service for this money.

Современный отель недалеко от центра

Отель новый, находится удобно относительно основных объектов города, рядом есть супермаркет и кафе В номере мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии. Есть чайник и некоторые необходимые мелочи. А вот холодильник отсутствует, что было неожиданно для отеля такого класса. По уборке - первый день вообще не убирались (вроде как ранний заезд), на второй день убрались, но как-то небрежно. Завтрак хороший. Пи бронировании возникли проблемы с ранним заездом - предварительно обозначили стандартные условия - половина стоимости суток, как и практически везде. Однако, когда предоплата уже состоялась выяснилось, что для гарантированного раннего заселения необходимо забронировать сутки (!), а так как получится. Пришлось несколько раз перезваниваться с администрацией отеля, понервничать, но в конце концов всё закончилось благополучно. Но как-то это несерьёзно для такой сети как Rаdisson!

Низкая шумоизоляция смежных номеров!

Смежные номера, разделенные внутри дверью имеют очень плохую шумоизоляцию. Гостям с новорожденными детьми, как в нашем случае, это однозначено доставляет неудобства. Ребенок ночью часто просыпался из-за периодического шума из соседней комнаты.

Im Zimmer, welches über 90 Euro!!! pro Nacht kostet, gibt es keinen Kühlschrank/Minibar, kein Kosmetikspiegel, was für das 4-sterne Hotel ganz normal sein soll! Das Personal soll das Frühstück anbieten und vorbereiten, auch wenn der Gast sehr früh abreist!

Very good hotel

I enjoyed my one week stay at this hotel. The Park Inn Astana is conveniently located near the river and within an easy taxi distance of all the sights in this great city. All of the staff spoke English very well and were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. My only quibbles are that there was no gift shop and limited tourist information available, but otherwise everything was terrific.

Just don't pick this hotel.

Very disappointing. It was one of the awefullest experience I've ever got with 4-stars hotels throughout the world. I often come to Astana for my business and usually stay in another hotel, so wouldn't say this is the standard level of service in Astana. If you have no choice but here, then don't expect anything as standard 4-star hotel. Stinky sewage, NO BATH SUPPLIES EXCEPT LOW QUALITY SHAMPOO, NO WARDROBE, inaccurate and slow work process.

Good hotel for a short stay

Spent 6 nights here in August 2015. Everything worked and the hotel is well appointed, nice and modern. Staff were efficient rather than friendly. The service at breakfast could be improved - lost count of the number of times I had to ask for coffee
