"Booked a couple of weeks out. Had to cancel due to a family bereavement and was able to tell them that a week in advance. They don’t care and just stuck to their no cancellation policy for this type of booking. Won’t book or use a Hilton again! "

We had checked in in advance and arrived at 10pm so had no other option but to stay. The room was fine, just a little cold and couldn’t close the curtains so was very bright in the morning. Just frustrating when the double was paid for and had no choice but to accept a bunk bed. "
