Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "Cleaning was done on 3-day cycle (apart from daily towels and yukata replacement) which is excellent for eco-friendliness. The onsen and sauna were clean and very well maintained. Location is right next to JR Takasaki station and close to all major shops and eating places."
