Located in Nulkaba, this gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home captures original period features and combines these with the modern comforts you'd expect. With multiple living spaces, swimming pool, spa and combustion fireplace, Alfie's Place is a lovely destination any time of the year. Perfect for families and groups of friends (including your furry friends) and being just minutes to the vineyards, Alfie's Place ticks all the boxes.

Unwind at Alfie's Place with the following bedding configuration:

Spend your days touring the area's wineries, enjoy the Hunter Valley Gardens or Hunter Valley zoo with the family, just minutes away. Restaurants and cafes are also just a short drive and the closest brewery within walking distance. There's some summer-time fun to be had with dip in the pool and the kids (big and small) will love the water slide! Relax in the spa or in winter, cosy up by the fireplace. Located between the vineyards and Cessnock, you'll get the best of both worlds when you stay at Alfie's Place.

Little Gem

Alfie's is a beautiful property. It is clean and very homely. It is obvious a lot of thought has gone into what is provided for guests to make the stay a wonderful memory.

Lovely place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 9 to gather for a relaxed weekend. Loved the fact that most bedrooms had their own ensuite/bathroom. The dining area had plenty of seating for the whole family and a beautiful outlook. Large secure area for our dog and 2year old to play. Rooms were clean & beds comfortable. Local takeaways & grocers made meal prep easy. Especially liked Pizza Inn - best pizzas ever.

Perfect family stay

Gorgeous property with all the amenities you could need. Despite the appearance from the street, the size of the house is actually quite large with great-sized bedrooms. The added convenience of the studio is great someone that may like a little more privacy. The kids loved the pool and were amazed to discover the slide.

Wonderful family time together

The home was a delight. The children enjoyed the pool and spa. The fire pit was a hit with the adults after dinner. The outdoor area was wonderful for relaxing conversations. Unfortunately one negative was the sewer smell in the ensuites. Thank you for a special family weekend together.

Perfect for large groups with kids

Great stay, kids were kept busy for hours in the spa, slide and pool. Short drive to wineries. Bedrooms feel very private, especially since most have their own bathroom. Bedrooms are also far enough away from the entertaining area to put kids to bed and parents can keep socialising. Kitchen had everything necessary. We came for the chicks concert and the weekend was absolutely amazing.
