"Cups glasses tissue had to be looked for. Not obvious where they were. Not enough pillows and pillow covers uncomfortable. No curtains only blinds so room was flooded with light by 4am. Only one small double bed in a big suite. Staff was great but facility is old and poorly maintained despite very high prices."

"Advertised shuttle service from the ferry terminal, called for pickup and was told they dont pick up from the ferry. Left people stranded in the pouring rain. Room was dirty, urine on the bathroom wall that you had to look at every time you sat down, stained carpet and cigarette burn in the carpet. I only booked this hotel for the shuttle service but had to spend $70 for an Uber."

"I think the biggest downfall of this listing is the details. I wish I would have known it was a shared space, I feel like the listing currently doesn’t do a good job at explaining that well. After arriving and being extremely confused I looked at the detailed email I got 3 days before check in and saw those details when I was checking in via the owner’s website. That does a good job at explaining it, but the Expedia booking definitely lacks. The kitchen was extremely dirty in the sink and on the floor upon arrival. I’m assuming this is from the shared space. The room itself was very clean and it worked for the time. Very comfortable bed. Parking was confusing because there were work trucks in the front where it said to park and a snow mound. Man who wrote me a “do not park here ever!” Sign was very nice and understanding. But I would not book again."

"As a former vacation property owner I am chagrined when I rent a property that is furnished with second hand, worn, furniture, and a hodge podge of dishes, sheets that don't fit the beds, towels that are stained. Those are all things that owners can provide to take a stay from acceptable to enjoyable. Unfortunately, this property, which is a triplex with walls thin enough to hear the neighbors conversations quite clearly. And when a group of loud drunks arrive after midnight to stay next door swearing and using vulgar language it makes the stay even more uncomfortable. Would not rent from this owner again."

"The one single upstairs communal bathroom serving six separate accommodations had a one single nearly spent bar of soap for everyone's use. That is substandard and gross. Plus most establishments don't have their guests perform a list of chores before checking out."
