"Hotel was a pleasure to stay in with nice size rooms and beds very comfortable. The room was super clean offering coffee and small fridge was a bonus. Shower had nice water pressure. Staff were very nice and helpful speaking many languages. The only issue we had was the Air conditioner didn’t really work very well. It was not even hot temps outside but it got very warm at night so we tried AC but nothing was coming on so we had to open window to try and cool room down unfortunately cause of that...

"We were given a twin room despite booking a double room, we were too tired to question because of the language barrier. The television downstairs was on constantly, even when no one was watching it, and was very loud, we could hear it in our room with the door closed. The bed linen was dirty and the floors were filthy underneath the beds, the furniture provided was cheap and falling to pieces. "Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency"

"Excellent place to stay on our way to Bilbao ferry and perfect choice as just off the motorway. Lovely clean hotel and room and bathroom very modern. The set menu in the restaurant was excellent and came with a bottle of wine and bottle of water. Very good value for money. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and healthy options. Great free parking. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying in hotel again. 😎 "

"Hotel communicated how to get access to the property in advance, clear directions on how to get there, how to check in and check out. The apartment was amazing! Sitting on top of Roman ruins in the heart of old town in Zaragoza the location was great as it allowed us to watch Semana Santa’s religious procession from our balcony. The washer/dryer was a great surprise and the terrace was the best thing. Great highly recommended apartments"
