"From the moment I arrived at reception to check in, the main goal of the staff was to get extra money out of me. The room I had booked wasn’t ready because they were very busy but I could have an upgrade for an extra €40 per night and that room was ready so I accepted as we were tired and hungry. "Friendly contact via email with owner Mr Malone finalizing the booking and a also a phone call from Titan properties before arrival. Titan (Antonia) was very helpful during our stay. Sad we didn't read the pool was closed until May 15th. With two very young children a huge disappointment. No alternatives either in surrounding area only a public pool in Cartaya 15 minutes away. "Great resort if you want to get away. Nothing close by, but the resort has several options for food. The pool is very nice if you want to lounge around or do laps. The breakfast is excellent, lots of variety. It's a golf resort, so you need to be mindful of that in case you're not a golfer, but that did change the experinece for me. Highly recommeded."
