Seaside Haven at Royal Palms

The condo was clean and had a great view. It would be a great place for a short stay for a couple but has minimal furnishings and utilities, not comfortable for longer stay. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful. While the condo management were very polite and promised to supply missing items we were still waiting for them when we left after 4 weeks. On the photos in the gallery the second bedroom looks to have a window but doesn’t. It is very claustrophobic when the door is closed for privacy.

Royal Palms

Royal Palms is a nice property, but the location not so much. Check in process was long and very stressful. The property manager and the condominium owner were not responding to my phone messages and the security at the gate didn’t have information about my arrival.

Good but not for long stay

The condo was adequate but very poorly outfitted with essentials. Had no internet for 6 days and the owner/property manager refused to answer our texts and emails and VRBO was not the least helpful. Never heard back from either one once the issue was resolved by a technician. No aplology.
