Enjoy full home comforts, cozy spaces, and a scenic backdrop for an unforgettable mountain getaway.



Guest Access:

You will have full and 100% private access to the entire house.



The Neighborhood:

🌸 Located in Nueva California, Volcán, you are surrounded by lush cloud forests and fresh mountain air! Explore nearby Arte Cruz Volcán (local woodcarving art) and the stunning Lagunas de Volcán nature reserve (5 mi) for birdwatching. Take a short trip to Volcán Barú National Park for hiking, or tour world-famous Geisha coffee plantations at Janson Coffee Farm (10 min). Enjoy fresh local strawberries, vibrant flower gardens, and authentic Panamanian dining in town center!



Getting Around:

🚗 By Car: A private vehicle or 4x4 rental is recommended for total freedom to explore Tierras Altas, Boquete, and Cerro Punta. Free parking on site!

🚌 Public Transit: Local buses and colectivos run continuously along the main route between Nueva California, Volcán town center, and Concepción/David (~1 hr from David).

✈️ Airport Access: Enrique Malek International Airport (DAV) in David is ~1 hour drive. Taxis and local shuttles are readily available from David Terminal.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 3P local time. Checkout time is at 12 PM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 12 PM will have an additional cost.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
