"room we had was 202, had ocean views, was freshly renovated, free minibar included, Room was amazing location, central to all amenities. Pools were amazing. Gym minimal . Food somewhat expensive but there are cheaper options only a 5 min walk along the beach. would have been better if staff didnt allow guests to reserve pool loungers for hours whilst they went off on tours etc, hubby and i would often lay by the pool noticing towels placed for 4 or so hours with no one there only for them to return after lunch ( many people come to check iuf seats to swim etc but leave as it looks like there are no spots) "

"The property was nothing like the photos advertised. It felt run down and lacked the atmosphere of a true resort. Our bathroom had ants on the counter and sink, and the room door had a large gap underneath that we had to block with a towel each night. Around the walkways, cockroaches were a common sight, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The front desk staff gave the impression that they weren’t very interested in helping, though the cleaning staff were genuinely kind and attentive.
Another inconvenience was the key system: only one key card is provided per room, and it must be handed in at the front desk every time you leave. The electricity is tied to the key card, meaning the air conditioning only runs when you’re inside. I had to specifically request a workaround so the AC could stay on while we were out.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. We left after two nights despite booking three, and didn’t mind losing the money—that’s how strongly we felt about not staying longer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property or return in the future.

"Beautiful property and excellent beach! Staff are amazing and the property is clean. They had a buggy cart for guests as needed. The tide goes out very far as a heads up, so the beach was not always able to swim. But lots of pool chairs so we had no issues. This is a 5 star place for sure! Also there are lots of local food places for very cheap just behind the resort. "

The hotel's location in the city center is very convenient for shopping and entertainment.
The swimming pool is rather small.
There aren't many beach chairs.
The buffet breakfast offers delicious and varied food.
The rooms have excellent views.
The biggest drawback is the small room size.
The website shows the room size as 40 square meters, but I estimate it's only about 30 square meters; the advertising exaggerates the room size."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable.
Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating.
The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."
