jean-philippe GORNIK 1/5 il y a un jour sur Google J avais une réservation via expedia une chambre pour une nuit dans cet établissement. Lors de mon arrivée dans l après-midi la personne qui me reçoit me dit que la chambre n est pas tout à fait prête et de patienter quelques minutes ( il m a offert jne boisson pour patienter) Il revient ensuite me voir pour me dire que maintenant il ne trouve aucune réservation à mon nom. Je contacte via chat expédia qui n arrivant pas à joindre l hôtel annule ma réservation et me rembourse. Je demande donc au gérant si il a une chambre de libre que je lui réglerai directement et il me réponds "non non, on ne travaille qu avec Booking, vous n avez qu à demander à votre site de vous trouver un autre hôtel" Bref vu que ce monsieur ne souhaitait pas travailler je suis allé ailleurs, il a perdu une nuit d hôtel et un repas
