Villa Mate is located in an idyllic small village called Smokvica Krmpotska, near the town of Novi Vinodolski.
An ideal place for families with children, but also travelers who enjoy the peace.
The house is perfectly tailored to your needs, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.

The sea with pebble beach is just 120 meters from the property.

The villa has three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset with sea views. In addition, there are three bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room in the premises, which of course is also air conditioned.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Soundbar as well as a Samsung Tablet modern.

The garden of the house provides with its Mediterranean plants and trees for pure holiday feeling. The swimming pool (size 4x8m) is lined with an extensive terrace where you can sunbathe undisturbed. Of course, an outdoor shower and sun loungers and parasols are available for you.
The terrace also has a gazebo with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, for a delicious barbecue after a sunny Meerestag.

It is also intended for your children, who can let off steam on the on-site playground.
It is also possible to use bicycles or SUP (stand up paddle).

Smokvica retreat

A beautiful, peaceful property in the small village of Smokvica right by the sea. Lorena, the hostess, was on site to give us a warm friendly greeting. Also, she took us through out the property explaining everything and answered all our questions about the home and area. Everything was very well thought out for their guests. I would definitely recommend this excellent, beautiful property for wonderful, peaceful vacation.

Wir kommen wieder!

Es war ein wunderschönes Haus mit perfekter Lage. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und es lief alles problemlos. Das Haus war sauber und für unsere beiden 3 und 4 jährigen Kinder war genügend Platz zum toben. Auch gab es genügend Auszeitecken zum ausleihen. Das Meer war lediglich ein kurzer Fußweg entfernt. Rundum war es ein super schöner Urlaub!

Schönes Haus und toller Pool

Wir haben den ruhigen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus genossen und den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super und einfach. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr nah am Strand und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Ort ist jedoch sehr klein.

Sehr ordentliches Ferienhaus mit großzügigem Außenbereich und Meerblick. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Vielleicht könnte man die Anfahrtsinformation verbessern: unter der angegebenen Adresse landet man in einer 2,50 m breiten Gasse mit 15% Gefälle, die man 20 m wieder rückwärts hinauf muss...

Schönes Haus mit toller Außenanlage

Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Küstenort, ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. In den nächsten Ort gelangt man über einen schönen Weg entlang der Küste in ca. 25 min. Hier gibt es tolle Restaurants und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und bietet mit dem Poolbereich und der Außenküche alle Möglichkeiten um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Der Aufenthalt im allgemeinen war schön. Kleinigkeiten trübten den Gesamteindruck ein wenig: * Küchenausstattung könnte besser und sauberer sein * Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer/Küche knapp * Kein Schatten ausserhalb des Hauses - keine Sonnensegel für Tagesbett und Sitzgruppe Schönes Objekt aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Der Empfang war sehr sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. In der Wohnung und der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen könnte ( mehr als erwartet :-)) Auch die Außenküche war gut ausgestattet, Brennholz war vorhanden, Pool wirklich immer sauber. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir konnten die Tage sehr genießen, obwohl der Reisezeitpunkt für Baden im Meer noch zu früh war. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns für diesen Gastgeber.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen angereist und wurden von Lorena herzlich empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Draußen auf der Außenanlage ist es sehr ruhig und man findet Schatten unter dem Baum. Den Außenkühlschrank fanden wir sehr praktisch. Optimal war der Bäckerstand etwa 50 m vom Haus entfernt. Auch die paar Schritte bis zum Strand waren optimal, so konnte man auch schnell mal kurz ins Meer springen. Bei Fragen war Lorena und ihr Mann sofort da. Bitte an Mückenspray denken. Abends kommt die eine oder andere Mücke vorbei. Zu berücksichtigen ist, dass die beiden vorderen Bäder recht klein sind. Hier kann man sich nicht zu zweit aufhalten. Außerdem haben die beiden vorderen Schlafzimmer je 1 gemeinsame Bettdecke. Jungen Leuten empfehlen wir abends nach Criknovica zu fahren. Da ist v.a. für junge Menschen viel geboten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

So toll!

Wir sind total zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Das Haus und die Außenlage sind sauber und gepflegt. Abends kann man toll draußen sitzen und die Stille und das Meeresrauschen genießen. Die Außenküche sowie der Grill sind ein Highlight. Unsere Kinder hatten auf dem Hauseigenen Spielplatz und Trampolin jede Menge Spaß. Die Gastgeber sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Gastgeber sowie die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es war ein toller Urlaub dort! Wir werden unseren nächsten Kroatien Urlaub wieder bei der lieben Lorena und ihrem tollen Haus buchen.

Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Ende September/Anfang Oktober heißt nur für jeden Einkauf nach Novi oder Senj , dass muss man berücksichtigen, ansonsten Top. Wer Ruhe will bekommt sie hier.

Hervorragendes Ambiente

Wir haben uns rundum in dem Haus wohlgefühlt. Es ist hübsch und gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wenn irgendetwas fehlt, kann man die Vermieterin fragen, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer für jeweils zwei Personen und drei Bäder, was für vier Personen wirklich genial war. Der Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Handtüchern war herrlich erfrischend. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß mit Sitzecke zum Essen und chillen. Von den Liegestühlen aus sieht man das Meer und dorthin sind es drei Minuten zu Fuß. Glasklares Wasser! Mit den Stand-up Brettern sind wir an der Uferlinie entlang gepaddelt. Der Ort ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt, mit wenigen Touristen und einer kleinen Bar, in der es Croissants, Kaffee und auch Eis gibt. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Bäckereistand. Es ist sehr entschleunigend dort und abseits vom üblichen Trubel. Wenn man den möchte kann man nach Klenovica laufen oder nach Novi Vinodolski fahren. Dort gibt es auch einen Lidl und diverse Lokale. Uns hat außerdem Senj wahnsinnig gut gefallen mit seiner Altstadt und den engen Gässchen. Dort gibt es links vom Hafen auch eine tolle Strandbar mit Sprungbrett und Bademöglichkeit. Wir haben auch Fahrten in die Berge unternommen zu verschiedenen Aussichtspunkten, dabei kommt man durch unberührte Landschaften mit Wildpferden. Außerdem lohnt sich der Besuch in Rijeka und auf Krk. Kurzum: das Haus, die Lage und das ganze Drumherum sind perfekt.

Sehr geschmackvolles Haus mit tollem Pool und genialer Aussenküche - ideal für erholsame Ferien

Wir haben es sehr genossen, der Pool & Aussenküche waren perfekt - es hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht- bequeme Liegestühle, Lounge, schattiges Aussenbett... Das Haus ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet & die Regendusche ist toll! Super sind die 3 SUP, mit welchen man als ganze Familie die Küste entlang paddeln kann. Der Strand ist nah, aber klein & nichts besonderes. Wir haben die meiste Zeit im Pool oder unterwegs mit SUP oder Schnorcheln verbracht.

Tolle Summer opening Woche

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lorena. Die Lage und der Pool sind genial dazu 3 Bäder für die 3 Schlafzimmer und eine tolle Außenküche. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch mal die perfekte Kommunikation mit Lorena vor der Buchung - DANKE! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir waren als Familie mit kleinen Kindern und zwei Omas eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Hausübergabe sehr unkompliziert. Lorena, die Hausherrin, war immer erreichbar, auch über WhatsApp, und hat alle unsere Frage sehr schnell beantwortet. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren bequem und alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Das absolute Highlight war der Außenbereich. Mit großem Pool, gemütlicher Sitzmöbel mit Meeresblick, eigenem Spielplatz und großen Holzkohlegrill war für jeden was dabei! Für den Grill wurde sogar Brennholz zu Verfügung gestellt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig. Es war für uns eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung! Für sportliche Aktivitäten standen Fahrräder und SUP's zur Verfügung. Der nächste Strand war nur 2-3 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Er war nicht überlaufen und das Meer war sehr sauber. Die Abreise verlief genauso unkompliziert wie die Anreise. Eine klare Empfehlung!!!
