Excellent property and great staff, a beautiful clean room with a terrific AC . Staff members were terrific. Breakfast was very good , you can order omelettes. There's no elevator so if you stay only 1 night just grab what you need from your car . The property is at the beach (2-3 min walking ) and we loved it.

The property owner is very kind and friendly. We didn’t spend much time in this city so we have nothing to compare this hotel to, but we wouldn’t stay here again. Only one of the two bedrooms had air conditioning; the room without AC didn’t even have a fan and had no screens on the window so it could be kept open to allow a breeze without insects. Bedding was just thin sheets, no proper blankets or covers. The door could only be locked or unlocked from the inside with the key and there was only one key, creating a safety concern for egress in case of emergency. The bathroom was cleaned, but had an odd smell coming from the floor drain when the water was running. Overall, felt like staying in a private room at a hostel, but with a bigger price tag.

Very good location

A really good hotel for good money. Really close to the beach,1 min walk. To the little city center is it 10 min walk. Parking is free.

Thank you, Katarina and Zoran!

Zoran and Katarina do everything to make you feel at home. They offer help with anything you need. They go beyond what you expect. I had left a notebook with tickets and other stuff at a bus stop in Ravna Gora and Katarina called the gas station and cafeteria to try and find it for me. Breakfast was very good and Zoran would prepare omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean; I had a fridge and didn't need air conditioning because the bedroom was nice and fresh, even though the temperature rose to 33°C. The hotel is 100 meters from the beach and walking distance from Stari Grad (Old Town). Sunny terrace. I'd go back if I travel to Novi Vinodolski. They speak English, which is not common in this small town!
