2 strutture stessa gestione

ho prenotato due camere doppie in nella struttura Hotel Leon D'oro per un week end, in quanto io e dei miei amici abbiamo partecipato a una competizione che si teneva li a poche centinaia di metri sulle rive del piave, la prenotazione è avvenuta con quasi due mesi d'anticipo. il venerdì sera arriviamo in tarda serata dopo aver contattato telefonicamente l'hotel per informarli. appena arrivati alla struttura scopriamo che anzichè presso quella struttura, ci hanno riservato due camere nell'altro hotel Villa Leon D'oro sempre della stessa proprietà e che distava 200 mt dalla prima. poco male nessun problema anzi meglio! hotel 4 stelle anzichè 3 e parcheggio interno! appena arrivati veniamo accolto da un signore che con fare un po' brusco continua a ribadirci che nelle camere è vietato fumare, nonostante rassicurato che nessuno di noi fumasse e ci accompagna in camera, al terzo e ultimo piano dell'hotel e qui scopriamo con nostro grande disappunto che le camere sono in un sottotetto! per arrivare a letto ci siamo dovuti andare in ginocchio talmente era basso. la camera oltre a questo è ben tenuta e ordinata, stesso discorso per il bagno. il problema successivo si presenta facendo la doccia quando appena iniziano a farla anche i miei amici nella camera adiacente, rimaniamo senza acqua calda per qualche istante ogni volta che la aprivano anche loro.

Ausserdem war die Unterkunft nicht im angebotenen Hotel Leon D'Oro sondern im 1 km entfernten Villas Leon D'Oro. Bitte umgehend um rückerstattung Nun ich hatte nur 10 stunden verbacht war zufrieden.

1) - Ottima accoglienza da questa Signora, molto gentile di lieve accento straniero; 2) - Ottima posizione: centrale in S, Dona' di Piave, molto facile da raggiungere per chi non c'e' mai stato; 3) - materasso ottimo e confortevole; 4) - effettivamente, la pulizia della stanza potrebbe essere migliorata; suggerisco di togliere il tappeto che e' un ricettacolo di polvere e di cambiare i cuscini. 5) - non ho preso la colazione ma mi e' sembrata molto buona. Comunque, MI SONO TROVATO MOLTO BENE. Ci ritorno!

Nice hotel but needs some modification

Not expensive, you have all you need for a short stay, maybe because of shopping in outlet. Unfortunatelly there is no elevator or baby chairs. We saw only one staff person who does it all, the reception, the breakfast, the caffe...but is very polite. Hotel is in the centar of Noventa di piave which is nice too

Consigliatissimo!!!!

Personale favoloso e disponibile soprattutto la ragazza piu' giovane che ci ha accolto la mattina dopo la prima notte. Albergo accogliente arredi delle camere un po' antiquati ma puliti e confortevoli consigliatissimo per viaggio in famiglia ottima posizione x state fuori dal caos ma essere vicini a jesolo.... L'albergo offre inoltre la possibilita' di acquistare i biglietti per aqualandia scontati

Nos cambiaron a otro leo d´oro, e 4 estrellas cuando llegamos. Impresionante ara ese precio. Todo muy bien,personal, desayuno abundante, fresco, variado...
